Who We Are
Mesa Care Limited is a newly established care and support organisation founded by a director with extensive experience across frontline care delivery, service coordination, and operational leadership within health and social care settings.
The organisation was created in response to gaps often seen in community support services where individuals require consistent, respectful, and practical help delivered by professionals who understand the realities of care from the ground up.
Mesa Care delivers non-regulated community support services, operating within clear professional boundaries and in line with local authority expectations.
Director’s Message
Mesa Care Limited was founded from real experience of delivering and leading care services at the frontline. Over the years, I have seen first-hand how much difference consistent, respectful, and person-centred support can make and how damaging it can be when people feel unheard or unsupported.
Mesa Care was created to do things properly. To listen, to be flexible, and to provide support that is grounded in reality, not box-ticking. I believe that good care starts with understanding the person, working alongside them, and being honest about what support can achieve.
As a new organisation, we bring fresh energy, strong values, and a clear commitment to quality and accountability. We may be small, but our ambition is big — to build services that people trust and commissioners value.
